National LPG Compliance Plate for Caravans

This compliance plate is required for all caravan LPG installations in Australia, it must be filled out by a licensed gas fitter/plumber, and is required to be permanently marked to comply with Australian standard AS 5601. It must be filled out by the fitter who completed the installation and referenced to the Certificate of Compliance/Inspection number (See Compliance Book). It is attached above or beside the cylinder installation, usually with the twin stage regulator.
